It started with the technician, Kieanta, who came out to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a busted compressor. He walked us through multiple options and costs for either fixing the existing system or replacing it. Ultimately, we decided to replace, and because of Kieanta's knowledge and the trust he built through our conversation, I didn't even bother to call around for other estimates. I felt confident they would do a good job and were giving me their best price. On installation day, Logan and Arturo arrived early in the morning and immediately got to work. Every time I checked in, these two were hard at work trying to get the job done by end of the day. Kieanta even came by a couple of times to check on progress. After installation, Logan walked me through the system and everything they did. Overall, I was very impressed by the knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism of this team.
