"Jacob and his helper were very good with the big leak problem I had under my foundation. He discussed all the options with me and talked to his boss about the problem after they discovered where the leak was. After he explained the 2 options that I had, I told him I wanted to just cap the broken line and that I wouldn't have hot water in my utility room sink only. I would have it so my washing machine. Then Allen and his helper came last Friday to pour the concrete and did an excellent job. From now on, I will use Jacob for all my plumbing jobs. He is very good and very thorough with everything."
