Although J&J was not the lowest quote and not the highest, based on prior dealings with J&J repair people and the salesman, I had the most confidence in J&J and chose them! There are a total of 4 technicians working on my furnace and AC, of which included Nathan, John, Garrett, and another. The work was timely completed, the technicians were very professional and explained everything as well as addressing my questions and concerns. The installations look great, work well, and cleanup was as if they had never been there. Great job J&J!"
