They arrived at our home around 9 AM and worked tirelessly in our attic until around 7 PM, on one of the hottest days, no less. I felt so bad seeing how hard they were working in such difficult conditions, but they remained kind, patient, and even-tempered the entire time.
Throughout the process, they explained everything clearly, communicated promptly, and were quick to respond whenever we had questions. There were a couple of issues that came up, but they addressed them right away and kept us informed the whole time. It’s rare to find people who will push through that kind of heat and discomfort without complaint, but they did it so that we wouldn’t be without air conditioning overnight. Over the course of the job, we had three or four different technicians at our home, and every single one of them was helpful, kind, and respectful. They even showed remarkable patience when my two-year-old kept running in the room they were working in, being loud and disruptive at his bedtime.
