"Our AC went out on a Friday night, and the next day, I was looking for a company to come out and repair it. Air Tech of Katy had a great rating online, so I called on Saturday. The phone was answered by a person, instead of a machine, on a weekend day, and they were able to come out the next day. Jefferson was able to look at it and diagnose the issues that we were having in a short amount of time. Ultimately, we replaced the entire system, but had the option to replace a faulty part that would fix the problem now. Since Jefferson inspected the whole system, we knew that we had several other areas that were possible future issues, and decided that an entire system replacement was worth it for us. Air Tech was able to come out the same day, on a Sunday, and install a new AC. The installers were on time and professional. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future."
