"We were in a pinch when we contacted you. Our water heater had just died. We were able to get Benjamin to come out the same day we called and give us a bid. Our water heater is located inside our living space. To prevent any inside water damage, we wanted him to drill a hole in our floorboard and pipe it to flow outside in case of any water leakage overflowing the drip pan. He said that was no problem. While doing that project, he discovered we had some corroded pipes that needed to be replaced and one leaky pipe in our crawl space we were not aware of. With his attention to detail, this has saved us from having further water damage in our crawl space. We were able to repair the pipes the following day. Benjamin is very nice, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. It was a pleasure working with the team in the office and the technicians on-site.
