The owner, Peter, squeezed me in between jobs in the evening, and he was the only HVAC guy who didn't immediately tell me that my boiler couldn't be repaired, or that I needed a whole new system (to the tune of $18-24k, as the other 3 companies quoted me). He said he'd send out one of his top guys the next day. Rich came out, and he was amazing!! He was SO methodical in checking out every inch of my boiler and water heater and took the time to properly diagnose the problem. He got the boiler up and running again within the hour, and had to order a part for the water heater (which a different HVAC guy actually broke while checking it out). He came back the next day to install the new part, and everything has been running perfectly ever since!
