"A "shout out" to every Spencer employee who worked in our home, from those who replaced the water main (Brian was such an expert, and the team was amazing to watch) to the water filter (Jessie and Molly) to the major shower work (Steve and Molly) to the cellar pipes replacement (I'm not remembering names, but they were excellent too). A special thanks to Steve, who came on a Saturday morning to replace one malfunctioning smoke detector, showing up amazingly about 2 hours in Watertown from Peabody, after I called the answering service about the beeping detector that made a bedroom unusable. Steve and Molly were with us the most hours, and we think that they are a fine team! Their excellent work replacing our nonfunctional shower and the flooring gives a wholly modern feel to that little piece of our 100-year-old home. We selected Spencer Home Services because the most exacting and detail-oriented neighbor we know of recommended you to our next door neighbors, who were themselves happy with the work that was done on their main water line.
