"The technician who responded to my call was very pleasant but, in my opinion, lacked sufficient experience to respond to my issue. I was informed that due to the age of my plumbing that it would be extremely difficult to obtain parts. When I booked the appointment I advised the staff that my house is an antique and the plumbing was early to mid 20th century. I was given a quote for $3,100 labor to install a new vanity and charged $89 for the visit. I dislike your business model and am confident that better upfront communication could have saved you time and me money."
