Then Will came out to do a deeper review (no extra cost). I also watched the video as he was looking at the problem. It was clear to me that these guys knew what they were doing and explained the process as they went along. The job had to be done, and it was a big job. After speaking to Bob and Will, we settled on a good price and a date for the job to be done. It was an immediate response. Four guys showed up on time and professionally: Mike, Cesar, Chuck and Julio. They went right to work and had the new piping done by the end of the day. They even knocked on my door to show me how the job was going and how the new piping was being installed. I was more than pleased with the service from Spencer and even bought their yearly maintenance plan, which is unbelievably cheap and gives me the security in case I have an emergency or any issue in my home.
