"The experience was top-notch from start to finish. I called last night due to no hot water. While they were unable to send someone last night (as I expected), I received a call before 7:30 AM, and the technician was here before 9:00 AM. As always, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are pretty confident he resolved the issue, and along the way, he identified a material safety hazard that he remedied. Please continue to hire the right people, provide them training, and maintain the customer service touch. It is a rarity these days, but it is why I keep coming back and refer you guys any chance I get. "
