"Nick was the absolute kindest person. He was so considerate of our home, took the time to explain what he was doing so I could better understand my heating system, and was thorough and efficient with his work. Not just good at his job, but a genuinely good person. So I hope to see more people join the trade and learn from him. Happy to know my boiler was in his hands. "
