"From the time that I called about an old unit that was obsolete and could not get parts for until the time that a new unit was installed was amazing. I talked with Randy to start with who was very helpful and knowledgeable and advised me to get a new unit. After that, I was contacted by Chad who was very helpful and went out of his way to get the new unit and have the installation team ready for installing it on Friday afternoon. And it would have been installed sooner if it wasn’t for the weather. It was the week that it snowed in South Georgia. Thanks for the extra effort and time to get the job done. "
