"I noticed my system wasn't cooling so I called SBC, Kristen answered and was very understanding and nice she said she would send out a repairman ASAP, wasn't even 30 minutes later I got a text saying William was on his way to check my system this was on a Saturday, he showed up checked my system and instantly knew what was wrong, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing to fix the problem! I had been looking at different companies and read the reviews and decided to go with SBC I'm so glad I did, I will definitely tell everyone I know who needs their system serviced to call SBC. If you're having problems with your system, don't hesitate to call SBC, and I even signed up for their free hero's military service plan as I'm an AF veteran. It's a comforting thought to know I can call them at any time and they will send someone out to service my system. I can't say enough good things about this company.
