"I initially contacted Grassroots a few months ago to get an estimate for a home renovation. Nikolas came out to do the estimate, and I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. So when Nikolas did such a great job on the estimate and explained each part to me, I was thoroughly impressed. He investigated every part of the potential job which included climbing through somewhat frightening crawl spaces of a very old house. If that wasn’t enough, he answered every one of my 500 questions, patiently, and clearly enough for a plumbing novice to comprehend. The plumbing job I had this week was an emergency and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get someone out the same day. However, not only did someone come out, but it was Nikolas again. I was so glad to see him because I already had confidence in his knowledge and ability. He told me he was also glad he was able to respond because since he had been out before, he was able to check the part availability on his way over. He worked for hours cleaning and repairing the plumbing problem and when it was done, he again clearly explained to me each thing he repaired. He was even able to diagnose why the problem occurred. If that wasn’t enough, he spoke to the home warranty company to help me get the reimbursement they allowed. My interactions with Nikolas and the high quality of his work are enough to make me a lifetime customer. However, I do want to mention that I appreciate the other efforts of Grassroots, plumbing in their friendly staff, the text updates on arrival times, the quick response time, and even the informational emails. You seem to have struck the balance between providing quality needed information without going overboard. I rarely unreservedly recommend businesses to my family and friends, but I will be telling everyone that needs a plumber to give you a call.
