"I have used Grassroots Plumbing several times before, and they never fail to do top-notch work! I don't call anyone else anymore. And I recommend them to all my friends. The technician who came this time was Nicholas. It was the first time he was sent out. He went above and beyond and even found a leak out at my water main when he went to turn it off for the job. It was on the county side so he even made a video for me to send to them! This expedited them coming out and fixing the problem when I told them I had a video and sent it to them!! The awesome part of this was that he was only there to replace a toilet for me, but managed to do much much more! I Love best that this company does not force any work on you. I feel comfortable with every technician who has entered my home And they treat my home with respect, always wearing shoe covers which I've noticed. Many other companies do not do it! They always offer me tiers of the work so I feel comfortable choosing the price that works best for my budget I can't tell you how much I absolutely love this company.
