"I contacted Grassroots after a few neighbors used them and recommended their service. My water heater went out, and I was easily able to book online for next-day service, but it was pretty late in the afternoon. Jacob called me first thing in the morning and discussed my issue, and was able to move things around to get a plumber to my house first thing in the morning. Byron was assigned to my job. He was very professional, clearly a master plumber, and was very transparent about everything that needed to happen to get me squared away. We found out my water heater was under warranty (3 months to go), and Byron helped get it approved to be swapped out, which reduced the overall cost of the job. I also had a question about another plumbing job. Byron could have easily overcharged me and performed the work I asked for, but instead, he came up with a better idea that would be overall safer and would cost much less to do, and still achieve the outcome I was looking for. I was going out of town that morning, but Byron stayed late and got the job done with superb skill. Grassroots will definitely be my go-to plumbers moving forward! "
