During the summer we needed to replace our central air and furnace and they quickly responded to our needs to get this taken care of as soon as possible. Then in November, my husband's furnace in his shop started acting up. After a call in the morning, Ron was there in the afternoon to see what he could do to get it running again. He did get it running, but we knew that this furnace, too, would need to be replaced as soon as possible. To my husband's relief, they were back within a few days to install the new furnace in my husband's shop.
