"I spoke to the owner, I believe his name is Ron, and he was very professional, helpful, and courteous. I called on a weekend since I had just recently closed on the house on Friday. He sent out two technicians named Nick and James, and they were both very helpful. Nick in particular was very meticulous and did an excellent job servicing the furnace as well as cleaning out the dryer duct. I understand that James is a trainee. James was also courteous, helpful and worked hard to assist Nick. I'm a brand new customer, and at this point in time, I see myself becoming a long-term customer."
