With an older home, I know we will need a whole new roof in the coming years, but I needed to quickly fix an active leak. Stacy was very fast in sending me over a reasonable and competitive quote for the quick fix, along with a thorough, itemized quote for a full roof replacement, by my request, so that I can move toward that goal. Also, the roofer who came out, Charles, was amazing and professional. We had a small miscommunication over the scope of the project, but were able to get it worked out quickly and easily. Lastly, they sent over a "Thank You for using us" package that included homemade cookies, and that was above and beyond. The cookies themselves might be worth the price of the roof job.
