"I would highly recommend Classic Aire Care! We had an equipment problem with one of our A/Cs, and you were able to have a tech out within a day or two. During that service appointment, it was pretty much determined that one of our A/Cs was on its last legs. We asked about new equipment, and a project manager was there later that same day. He directed us to what would be the most efficient, not the most expensive, for our home and explained in detail why the options were the best for our home. No pushy, high-pressure tactics, just honest expert opinion on what our best system would be. My wife and I ended up getting everything we had ever talked about and more. The install team was also incredible. They were extremely professional, efficient, and fun to work with. I personally enjoyed working with one of the installers to add a room sensor to the system. They had to run some piping, which looks great, and left the work site cleaner than they found it. Every step of this service call, project planning, and install exceeded my expectations, and I would happily work with each of them again! Thank you for a great experience!!"
