How do I order?
Ordering is easy: Email a spreadsheet of recipient names, addresses, and gift selections to email@example.com or contact us at 888-793-2429. Our team will follow up to confirm details and billing information.
What is turnaround time?
Most orders are shipped in 1-3 business days and arrive to your recipient within 3-5 business days. Please let us know if you have specific dates in mind.
You are also welcome to schedule your order in advance with a requested a ship date on first come, first serve basis.
Custom orders like Logo Christmas tins add a 3 week production time.
Where are gifts shipped from?
All of our gifts are baked fresh and assembled by our team in Kennesaw, GA. View us on Google >>
How do I get "Member" pricing?
Any bulk Christmas orders of ten or more gifts are eligible for our “Member” wholesale pricing.
How do I customize the greeting card?
When sending your order in, include any specifications about your card message or design changes. We’ll create a new proof of how your card looks and send it for you to review before the order is finalized. There is no extra charge for customizing the message for your entire order (one custom message). Individual custom messages per recipient are $3.00 extra per recipient.
Where do you ship (international orders)?
Since we send freshly baked gifts, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the United States.
