A full-featured membership starts at $25/mo (paid annually). Beyond that, it is priced per gift and controlled by your custom rules and budgets. Factor in about $30-$35 for a freshly-baked dozen cookies, custom cooler bag, greeting card, survey, and Google review request (2-3 day shipping included). Service call follow-up is included in your membership using our email-only eTouch features.
You will be able to set thresholds and custom rules based off any data parameter in ServiceTitan. This includes invoice amounts, job ID’s, tags, technicians, and many more. There are also exclusions to override any rules, create budgets, and construct a reliable workflow.
Besides our smallest gift (only $4.95), you can send eTouch to your customers as well. eTouch is a custom thank-you email that includes an automatically tracked survey and Google review request. eTouch is included with every gift order, but also available standalone for these low-budget customers who you still want to thank and follow up with.
Absolutely! We’ll help design the item and provide examples. Customized gifts are optional (we have lots of stock gift selections too) but a great way to match your branding and marketing efforts. Logo setup costs range from $75 (one color logo) to $175 (full color logo). The minimum on most customized items is 50; we create a batch and stock them for you to use throughout the year, reordering as needed. The rubber patch cooler you received is our highest quality cooler, custom manufactured with your logo (thus it is the only item that has a 300 minimum).
There’s no minimum on stock gifts. With customized logo gifts, we have to produce at least 50 at a time and stock them for you to use however often you need. You do not have to prepay for all 50 gifts up front, but we do require just a $10 deposit per gift up front on customized items.
Definitely. For instance, you might have a set of questions for your Installation jobs and a separate set of questions for your Service calls. You can have as many different question sets as needed, and the connection with ServiceTitan will automatically ensure the correct survey is included with your gift or eTouch.
Our infrastructure is designed to handle large companies (or small). If you have a network of locations/brands, we can keep all of that data straight and support different gift packages, greeting card messages, surveys, Google review links, and more specific to each location. You can empower your general managers with powerful reporting, like real-time alerts related to only their location.
Gifts are shipped 2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail, and shipping rates are based on the destination zip code per the USPS. In most of the country, shipping is 2 days.
